MEASURABLE LEARNING OUTCOMES

Unit of Study:  Reading
Grade Level:  Pre-K ESE

          1.  Students will learn print concepts-
               reading left to right, top to bottom.

          2.  Students will recognize and name letter
               Gg in print.

          3.  Students will recall the story sequence 
               of Tabby Tiger’s Neighbors.


TEST ITEMS

    1.  Given a worksheet on left and right, the student will follow directions and color the object that is on the side that is indicated by the directions.   2.  Given a Worksheet on the letter Gg, the student will identify the letter Gg and words that that begin with the letter Gg. The student will then be asked to trace the letter Gg and with an highliter, the student will be asked to highlight the letter Gg in each word.

   3.  Given a worksheet on what happens next the student will draw a line from the picture on the left to the picture on the right to show what comes next.

ESSAY ITEM

1.  List and Explain. Why we need to know our left from our right?
